The Science behind our Student-School Suitability Scale Survey

Student-School Suitability Surveys monitor your child's unique psychological attributes related to schooling, their motivation for school, their engagement styles, how they fit with the peer culture at school, their achievement performance on a broad range of schooling outcomes, their overall wellbeing and how they engage with the expectations of parents and school personnel on measures of school CHALLENGE (discipline, rules and academic pressure to achieve), interpersonal CARE (social support, nurture and two-way communication) and tolerance of individual CHOICE (autonomy support, flexibility and acceptance of individual difference).

What do I do now?

1. Register now,
2. Link with your children,
3. Complete the parent/carer version of the Student-School Suitability Scale Survey, one for each of your children,
4. View your child's detailed reports, free!

HiScore collects comparison data to calculate your child's scores. You can help. Invite other families at your child's school to participate in HiScore surveys and see your children's reports update with interesting and useful data. This is possible because our reports are built dynamically - more data means more useful results for everyone!
